Upon watching Ch 5 tv shows regarding health food, it makes me being more cautious of what to eat and what to drink.
Especially for those who are always in the office, sitting in front of the desktop. Most of them tend to eat alot of junk food and drinks without noticing it.
So office ladies..... *okay I shall not be biased*
So office ladies and gentlemen, =p
Have you ever bother about the drinks that you are having, if it is the best for you when you have to sit in office whole day and starring on the computer screen and back home on tv for almost 24/7?? Well, the best beverage that I would recommend, which are both good for our health as well as complexions, are nonetheless the TEAS~!
However here's another question again.
There are so many types of tea, which is the best and suits your emotional and physical needs right now?
!!Here is a handy guide!!
Need a Quick Pick-Me-Up? Drink Black Tea.

Black tea is Coffee Lite for those of you wanting to cut back on your coffee but still needing that perky caffeine fix. The strong flavor will reinvigorate your senses and get your mental gears running for the rest of the day. It also helps to lower cholesterol and prevent tooth decay. Good for the heart. Gentle stimulant.
Want to Feel Healthy and Refreshed? Try White Tea.

White tea has the least amount of caffeine. As it is the least processed tea compared to other tea types, it has a light flavor that will go down smoothly. And white tea is very high in antioxidants and aids in detoxifying the body. Studies show white tea is excellent for skin by reducing fine lines and wrinkles. Research also indicates that white tea may inhibit the growth of certain forms of cancer.
Need Some Stress-Relief? Try Green Tea.

Green tea has a natural, grassy, neutral flavor that is perfect for stress relief. Plus, it is not loaded with as much caffeine as black tea. In addition, green teas are sweet and contain many of the vitamins and antioxidant properties of the fresh green tea leaf. Thus, green tea may help to prevent cancer, lower cholesterol, regulate blood sugar level, good for digestion, prevent cavities, and aging.
Need Some Creative Inspiration? Try Indian Chai Tea.

Indian chai tea is a multifaceted taste palette loaded with different spices and nuances. Traditional chai uses a strong black tea (hot), heavy milk, a sweetener, and various spices (usually cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and pepper). Different regions and different people have their own combination of spices. Regular milk can be substituted for heavy milk, if necessary. So whether you drink it straight or with some cream and honey, consider having this drink within arm’s reach for your creative brainstorming sessions. Moreover, the combination of spices can serve as a natural digestive aid.
Feeling Physically Under the Weather? Try Fruit-Flavored Tea.

Orange tea, lemon tea, raspberry tea: the options are endless. Drink up for sore throats, body aches and general under-the-weather-ness. What could be better to have a drink that is high in Vitamin C and is sugar free? Too bad cough medicine doesn’t taste more like this.
Need to Quench Your Thirst? Try Cold Oolong or Barley Tea.

Found in most Asian supermarkets, getting a cold bottle of these teas is the perfect way to satisfy your thirst on a hot day. With ice, please. And Oolong tea is a relaxing tea that is good for skin and teeth, enhances metabolism, good for digestion and weight loss.
so after reading through, are you going to be "picky" on your drinks at work like I do? =p
I hope this helps!!

I will always make you smile (:
